Business Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and efficiency.
• Administer CRM, ERP, marketing automation, and internal tools.
• Troubleshoot system issues and drive process improvements.
• Leverage AI-powered tools for docs, reporting, and automation.
• Build and maintain dashboards and leadership reports.
• Support onboarding and enablement of employees with systems access.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in business systems, revenue or sales ops in SaaS/tech.
• Experience with Salesforce; admin experience helpful.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, NetSuite, or similar platforms.
• Exposure to system integrations/automation tools (Celigo, Zapier, Informatica).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to identify improvements.
• Collaborative and able to prioritize in fast-paced environments.
