Business Operations Associate

📋 Description

• Perform ad hoc market analyses and fill operational gaps
• Assist in development and maintenance of SOPs and metrics for operations workflows
• Lean-in to lead cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, Public
• Communicate plans and outcomes to internal stakeholders via written and visual reports
• Prepare biweekly reports on operational performance for key business lines (marketplace and banking)
• Deep dive into data to identify trends and translate findings into actionable recommendations

🎯 Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience at startups, preferably FinTech or B2B platforms
• High proficiency in Excel and Salesforce
• Experience with Claude.ai or similar AI tools
• Able to thrive in ambiguity and create structure
• Strong written and verbal communication, highly organized
• Proven ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders
