Own billing, collections, and system alignment tasks.
Monitor Stripe for failed payments and overdue invoices; chase to resolution.
Keep HubSpot, PandaDoc, Stripe, and internal database in sync to prevent revenue leaks.
Handle upgrade/renewal execution; prepare paperwork and update billing.
Provide accounts payable and customer billing support; vendor invoices and customer requests
Day 90: inbound routing, recruiting operations, and CEO operations owned with follow-through.

🎯 Requirements

Organized, proactive, and able to own multiple operational tasks with minimal reminders.
Fluent in English; strong spreadsheet skills; able to work with AI tools to improve speed.
Experience with Stripe, HubSpot, or billing is a plus; willingness to learn new tools.
