🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Tech/IT, or related field.
• 3–5 years of PMO, Business Analyst, or Product Planning experience.
• Crypto-exchange, fintech, or banking experience.
• Strong PMO skills to engage stakeholders, collect information, build frameworks, and monitor outcomes.
• Excellent presentation and communication to stakeholders, leadership, and coworkers.
• Comfortable with system monitoring, dashboard creation, and admin portals to identify anomalies.
