📋 Description

• Work directly with privately held, owner-led businesses to improve operational performance and
• Lead and implement solutions addressing client challenges from inception to measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with owners and leadership to execute change and drive accountability.
• Coach clients through organizational change to ensure adoption and sustainability.
• Manage client engagements with strong relationship-building and clear communication.
• Travel nationwide to client sites as required (100% travel).

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum five years in consulting, operational leadership, business ownership, or executive
• Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office, dashboards, CRM systems, PM software).
• Strong financial acumen; experience with budgets and financial statements.
• Ability to travel nationally and work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Experience managing budgets of $10M+ is preferred.
