Business Operations Director

📋 Description

• Own the Business Operations portfolio end to end, prioritizing initiatives based on business
• Design and implement the Customer Success operating model including capacity planning and workload
• Drive AI adoption across Customer Success from opportunity identification to production rollout and
• Establish executive dashboards for operational performance and key metrics.
• Lead governance cadences with weekly/ monthly reviews and senior leadership reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across CS, RevOps, Product, Engineering, AI, Finance, and

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in Business Operations, Strategy, Revenue/Customer Success Ops, consulting or related
• Track record of building operational systems with execution and measurable outcomes.
• Experience leading managers and cross-functional programs with deadlines and dependencies.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate problems into practical solutions.
• Comfort with data and BI tools; SQL/Power BI or similar is a strong advantage.
• Executive presence and stakeholder management with senior leaders.
