📋 Description

• Execute cross-acquisition integrations using Kraken's M&A playbook.
• Lead the entire integration lifecycle from due diligence to post-close.
• Drive workstreams across product, engineering, G&A and value creation.
• Translate deal thesis into operational plans and milestones.
• Maintain synergy tracking and ensure timely execution.
• Partner with executives across Corp Dev, Product, Eng, Finance, Legal.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience driving M&A integrations at fast-growth firms.
• Fluency in integration methods, synergy frameworks, governance.
• Coordinate complex projects across product, engineering, finance, and G&A.
• Drive stakeholder engagement across long integrations.
• IT/systems integration: identity, endpoint management, ERP/HRIS.
• Crypto/fintech background preferred.
