Business Operations Lead

📋 Description

• Partner with the COO to define and execute the roadmap for licensed entities and JVs.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives to improve efficiency and readiness.
• Steer strategic projects to ensure timely delivery and outcomes.
• Oversee Business Continuity Plan frameworks and external tool integrations.
• Conduct cost-benefit assessments for third-party tool integrations.
• Lead, mentor, and scale the Business Operations team.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years in business ops, corporate strategy, or PM in fintech/crypto.
• Proven leadership to build and scale high-performing teams.
• Strong financial and operational acumen with cost analysis or budgeting.
• Proficient in project management with frameworks and on-time delivery.
• Excellent Chinese and English communication; able to influence across levels including the C-suite.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and self-directed; navigate ambiguity and manage workstreams.
• Familiarity with BI/reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio) is a plus.
• Educational background in business, operations, finance, or related discipline is a plus.
