Business Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end commercial operations in EMEA, from quotations to provisioning and renewals.
• Bridge Commercial, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, HQ Ops and external partners to resolve issues.
• Coordinate orders, licenses, invoicing, and partner operations with clear ownership and deadlines.
• Identify bottlenecks and design scalable, repeatable processes to reduce escalations.

🎯 Requirements

• Approximately 4–7 years in Business Operations, Commercial Operations, or Order Management.
• Experience supporting B2B ops across multiple countries or international markets.
• Understanding of quotations, purchase orders, invoicing, renewals, and order-to-cash.
• Proven ability to coordinate across Commercial, Finance, Legal, Customer Success, Operations and
• Highly organized, proactive, with ownership and reliable follow-through.
• Strong English communication; experience with CRM platforms and business systems.
