Business Operations Manager (Starlink Aviation)

📋 Description

• Own global S&OP for Starlink Aviation, convert hardware into paying customers
• Analyze KPIs: subscribers, network utilization, payback, inventory turnover
• Develop S&OP models and decision tools for strategy
• Translate analysis into hardware mix strategy to boost adoption and LTV
• Coordinate supply allocation and demand forecasting with engineering
• Lead GTM execution for products post-licensing and certification

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in engineering, math, CS, data science, physics or business
• 4+ years in engineering, manufacturing, product mgmt, ops, FP&A, consulting, banking or similar
• 2+ years Excel or programming experience
• Strong SQL and Python, able to handle large datasets
• Excellent modeling skills (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
• Strong written/verbal comms with senior leaders
