📋 Description

• Drive end-to-end delivery of M&A integration and separation engagements
• Partner with clients to solve finance, operations, technology, and HR challenges
• Lead and support workstreams; analyze data; build models; deliver client-ready outputs
• Manage timelines, budgets, and risks; mentor junior team members
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholder discussions and decisions
• Contribute to firm initiatives such as training and knowledge development

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in business, finance, accounting, economics, supply chain, engineering
• Minimum 10 years in consulting/advisory, corporate FP&A, M&A planning/execution, or related
• Experience supporting integration/separation initiatives (pre-close, Day 1 readiness, operating
• Knowledge of change management, process mapping, and communication planning
• Ability to collaborate across finance, HR, IT, operations, sales/marketing, product, legal
• Understanding of carve-out, divestiture, post-merger transformation
