📋 Description

• Lead agile ceremonies and ensure momentum in Scrum/Kanban teams.
• Organize Jira tasks, track sprint progress, dependencies, and commitments.
• Serve as liaison between teams and stakeholders, remove impediments.
• Analyze processes to boost efficiency and automation aligned to strategy.
• Collaborate to translate requirements into actionable user stories.
• Document processes and maintain artifacts in Confluence with Jira visibility.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in business process analysis, Scrum Master, or related role.
• Strong knowledge of Agile with certification (CSM/SAFe) preferred.
• Proven ability to gather requirements and write high-quality user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Hands-on Jira and Confluence proficiency for requirements management and tracking.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, problem-solving.
