Business Process Design & Improvement, Sr. Manager

📋 Description

• Lead process design, optimization, standardization, and continuous improvement across functions.
• Drive transformation programs with structured assessment, planning, and deployment.
• Establish governance, data controls, and performance measurement practices.
• Partner with senior leaders to set policies, priorities, and scalable process solutions.
• Oversee strategic transformations including acquisitions and integrations.
• Collaborate with technology teams on roadmaps and deployments.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field plus 8+ years, or advanced degrees with fewer years
• 7+ years in consulting, continuous improvement, PM, or related areas; large-scale transformation
• Proven ability to influence executives and work across functions.
• Strong CI and PM experience; Six Sigma Green Belt and/or PMP a plus.
• Willingness to travel ~25%; must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Experience with governance, data, reporting, and cross-functional process excellence.
