📋 Description

• Analyze performance, operations, and org structure to identify inefficiencies.
• Build and maintain KPI dashboards and regular reports for data-driven decisions.
• Lead budgeting, headcount planning, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Finance, Compliance, and Business teams.
• Assist in formulating and executing strategic plans: expansion, product launches, and scaling.
• Provide actionable insights to leadership for long-term strategy and org design.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5+ years in business ops, consulting, finance, or strategy roles; fintech/web3 experience a plus.
• Strong analytical skills; data literacy (Excel; SQL optional) and insight generation.
• Solid business acumen; understand products, business model, and market context.
• Excellent stakeholder management and clear cross-functional communication.
• Problem-solving mindset, adaptability, proactiveness, and results orientation.
• Bonus: startup/fast-growth, operations, process optimization, or consulting experience.
