Business Strategy & Operations Analyst II (Enterprise)

📋 Description

• Own recurring business reviews and run weekly/quarterly cadence for the business; reconcile numbers
• Build automation to replace manual work: AI agents, multi-system workflows, and scripted data
• Analyze pipeline, funnel, forecast, and productivity data to inform leadership decisions with
• Support territory planning and coverage; partner with sales leaders on design and capacity
• Own quota, targets, and KPI tracking; ensure accuracy for executive review.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in sales ops, revenue ops, BI, or business strategy with ownership of recurring
• SQL (mandatory): write and debug warehouse queries with joins, window functions, CTEs, and
• Spreadsheet and CRM depth (mandatory): advanced Google Sheets; working knowledge of Salesforce
• AI & automation: shipped automation using Glean, n8n, Apps Script, or similar; Hex or similar
• Analytical judgment: structure vague requests, apply appropriate rigor, and defend assumptions.
• Strong communication: explain complex data models to non-technical stakeholders and summarize
