Business System Analyst

📋 Description

• Primary point of contact between TPMs, IT help desk, and end users across engineering
• Document current-state workflows and identify process gaps/inefficiencies
• Provide first-line support and analysis, escalating as needed
• Gather detailed functional requirements to develop use cases and acceptance criteria
• Support cross-system data mapping/integrations and identify gaps
• Participate in configuration reviews and vendor/solution evaluations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in technical, engineering, or business field, or equivalent
• 2+ years in a business analyst role supporting MES/ERP software
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
• Comfortable with end users and high volume of requests
• Strong analytical mindset and data validation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication; experience authoring guides
