Business System Analyst

📋 Description

• Bridge between business needs and technical execution with operations, technology, customers
• Lead system implementations, integrations, and digital transformation for international freight
• Move away from legacy systems and modernize core platforms; coordinate timelines, testing, UAT, and
• Support CargoWise and other freight forwarding tech like Chain.io and Logixboard; translate
• Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve workflows across the organization.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-7+ years in a Business Systems Analyst role within freight forwarding, customs brokerage, or
• Hands-on CargoWise experience strongly preferred; Chain.io or Logixboard experience desirable.
• Confident communicator with ownership mindset; able to drive projects with business stakeholders.
• Experience supporting software implementations, integrations, and digital transformation projects.
• Proven ability to coordinate timelines, milestones, testing, and go-live; manage multiple
• Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset and ability to operate independently.
