🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years experience or 3+ years with a Master; or equivalent.
• Experience with enterprise People platforms (Workday, Greenhouse) and integrations via
• Knowledge of recruiting tech workflows (offer approvals, requisitions, applications).
• Experience applying AI/tools to automate work and scale solutions.
• Led tech initiatives end-to-end; translate technical concepts for stakeholders.
• Preferred: Python, SQL, JavaScript; AI workflows; security/compliance (SOX, GDPR).
