Business Systems Analyst – Cloud Commerce & SaaS (remote in Poland)

📋 Description

• Own health and catalog across Mirantis Webstore, AWS & Azure marketplaces
• Coordinate product onboarding, updates, deprecations, pricing, SKUs, licenses
• Manage B2B Private Offers end-to-end and post-sale handoff
• Collaborate with AWS/Azure teams on metering, certifications, co-sell
• Maintain Jira tracker across digital commerce initiatives
• Lead UAT planning, test scenarios, sign-offs, and release readiness

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in BA/ops for B2B SaaS or cloud infra
• Experience with AWS/Azure Marketplace management
• Proficient with Jira and Confluence
• BI/data warehousing tools: Looker, Tableau, Snowflake, or similar
• Strong written comms; BRDs, SOPs, status updates
• Comfort working asynchronously across time zones
