Business Systems Analyst – Enterprise Demand & Intake

📋 Description

• Provide business systems analysis support across a defined business area and translate objectives
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand priorities, requirements, workflows, and improvement
• Conduct requirements analysis via interviews, reviews, and discovery techniques.
• Develop detailed process documentation: business requirements, system requirements, flows, use
• Identify inefficiencies, gaps, dependencies, and optimization opportunities in processes and
• Support business case development for system enhancements and new processes, including feasibility

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in business systems analysis, business analysis, process
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, technology, analytics, or
• Strong SQL querying and databases knowledge to analyze data and support questions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Microsoft Teams, and similar tools.
• Experience gathering, documenting, and validating requirements.
• Strong understanding of business process mapping, workflow analysis, use cases, and process
