Business Systems Analyst, GTM Systems

📋 Description

• Own Salesforce-driven GTM systems used by Revenue Ops
• Turn ambiguous needs into shipped processes and specs
• Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Support, Finance
• Work with engineers and AI agents to implement specs
• Location: SF Bay Area, in-office 4 days/week

🎯 Requirements

• 6–8 years in business/sales/revenue systems
• Salesforce domain experience; CPQ and routing knowledge
• Ability to read data models, flows; some Apex knowledge
• Strong written specs for engineers and AI agents
• Vendor evaluations when build vs buy is preferred
• LangChain or LangGraph experience a plus
