🎯 Requirements

3-5 years in business systems analysis with enterprise software implementations
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 platforms and/or Customer Service/Field Service
University degree in Business/CS/Engineering or equivalent IT education
Strong SDLC and Agile experience; translate business needs into tech solutions
Power Platform experience (Power BI/Automate/Apps) and data modeling skills
Proficient in Jira/Confluence for requirements tracking and agile docs
