📋 Description

• Senior Business Analyst with technical and functional SAP finance focus; document business
• Analyze processes, perform fit-gap analysis, propose cost-efficient designs for SAP-FICO.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, development teams, and IT to implement solutions.
• Lead user meetings, gather process information, and validate through QA and UAT.
• Support production processes and train users on new configurations.
• Follow change management and mentor team members to provide best solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years designing and supporting Finance applications (SAP S/4HANA Finance/Controlling, SAP BPC).
• Strong knowledge of SAP FICO integration with other modules and external systems.
• Experience in GL, AR, AP, Fixed Assets, Treasury, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders
• Experience gathering requirements and creating detailed functional specs.
• Excellent communication; ability to work independently and in teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; professional finance accreditations preferred.
