📋 Description

• Lead stakeholder discovery sessions to define objectives, scope, success measures, business needs
• Translate complex requirements into epics, features, and user stories with acceptance criteria and
• Own backlog health by prioritizing work with stakeholders and ensuring ready-to-execute work for
• Serve as Scrum Master by facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing blockers, coaching teams, and
• Coordinate day-to-day delivery, dependencies, and impediments to protect delivery timelines.
• Represent the delivery team in cross-functional planning and communicate risks and tradeoffs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (or 4 years additional experience in lieu).
• 5+ years in roles like Business Systems Analyst, Technical Product Owner/Analyst, Scrum Master, or
• Ability to translate business/technical needs into Agile artifacts (epics, features, user stories
• Scrum Master expertise with facilitation, coaching, and dependency management.
• Systems-thinking with view on data flows, integrations, and operational support.
• Technical fluency with SDLC, DevSecOps, CI/CD, APIs/integrations, logging, monitoring; ability to
