📋 Description

• Lead team, schedule, and train employees
• Oversee laboratory operations and ensure quality standards
• Manage budgets, capital expenses, and financial growth
• Coordinate with sales/marketing and clients on major technical studies
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental program adherence
• Represent the laboratory in technical meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, or related field or equivalent experience
• At least 10 years of supervisory and laboratory operations leadership
• Strong knowledge of EPA, DOT, OSHA, and DOL regulations
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong customer relations
• Ability to manage a business with profit/loss responsibility
• Proficient in English (read, write, speak)
