Develop in-house, latency-critical software for execution stack in Amsterdam

Balance latency, throughput, simplicity, and maintainability with automated testing
Collaborate with engineers, traders, researchers, and quants across global offices
Integrate hardware solutions and profiling/optimisation to improve performance

🎯 Requirements

2-3 years of full-time professional work experience post-graduation
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field
Strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures
Solid programming skills in modern C++ (C++17 or later)
Interest in how software runs on hardware: memory, caches, networking
Flexibility and adaptability in a rapidly evolving environment
