📋 Description

• Independent behavioral health clinician leading the Collaborative Care model.
• Oversees performance and development of Collaborative Care Clinicians.
• Drives evidence-based interventions for pediatric and/or adult populations with mild-mod symptoms.
• Manages clinical and administrative operations within a pod/department.

🎯 Requirements

• Masters in social work, counseling, or related field.
• California independent clinician license (LCSW, LPCC, or equivalent).
• 5+ years clinical experience; 3+ years lead or supervisory experience.
• Proficiency with EHRs and quick adaptation to new tech.
• Knowledge of PHQ9, GAD7, CSSRS, CoCM, and related tools.
• Ability to provide clinical care to patients in primary care settings (including ages 6+).
