📋 Description

• Produce civil plan sets with grading and site layout using AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Incorporate survey data into base drawings and existing plans
• Draft plats, easements, and survey exhibits
• Maintain CAD standards, templates, layering, and Lisp routines
• Coordinate with engineers to resolve design details
• Prepare permit submittal packages and address redlines

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of AutoCAD Civil 3D production experience
• Experience producing civil site plans from concept to permit-ready drawings
• Ability to read and interpret engineering plans, surveys, and legal descriptions
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple active drawings simultaneously
