PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Industrial Design or related field
5+ years in production design roles
Ownership of designs through lifecycle to release
Practical GD&T, tolerance stack-up analysis, DFM, CAD, drawing release
Ability to translate engineering challenges into rigorous problems
Strong analytics and engineering judgment
