🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of retail/hospitality experience
• 2+ years of leadership leading 10+ people
• Blue Bottle Barista Essentials or will complete within 90 days
• Existing Food Safety Certification or will obtain within 30 days
• Strong understanding of P&L and how to impact it
• Comfort with Google Drive tools (Sheets, Docs, Calendar)
