📋 Description

• Lead cafe operations, manage day-to-day tasks, and ensure seamless workflow
• Inspire and coach a team to deliver exceptional hospitality and guest experience
• Oversee scheduling, ordering, payroll reviews, and banking procedures
• Drive sales and guest satisfaction while meeting cafe goals
• Foster safety, respect, and a collaborative work culture
• Collaborate with other teams and Area Leader on initiatives for the local community

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years retail/hospitality with coffee focus
• 2+ years leadership leading 10+ people
• Experience hiring/training developing staff
• Blue Bottle Academy Barista training or completion within 90 days
• Food Safety Certification for state/role or obtain within 30 days
• Strong understanding of P&L and impact on profits
