📋 Description

Lead setup and commissioning of capacitor manufacturing facility
Define process from raw film to finished capacitor
Implement winding, dielectric stack, impregnation, and high‑voltage tests
Establish, qualify, and optimize VPI/encapsulation workflows
Set up testing for capacitance, tanδ, DC hipot, and partial discharge
Scale from pilot to high‑volume production

🎯 Requirements

B.Sc./M.Sc. in electrical/materials/physics or related field
2+ years high‑voltage film capacitor manufacturing experience
Deep knowledge of polypropylene dielectrics and metallization
Experience with VPI systems and epoxy/resin chemistry
HV testing methods (IEC 60270) and ISO 9001 quality systems
