Liaises with Plant Managers/Engineers/Controllers and regional finance

Drives capital/expense project prioritization and portfolio alignment
Collaborates to optimize spend and asset utilization

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Finance
CAPEX project experience required
4+ years in manufacturing process/engineering or finance
Experience with cost estimation, forecasting, and budgeting
Strong communication, organization, and problem solving
