Capital Formation BD/ RWA Product Sales

📋 Description

• Distribute on-chain vault products and tokenized RWA to HNWI and institutions.
• Originate and manage capital pipelines from introductions to allocations.
• Present vaults, yields, risks, liquidity terms, and on-chain settlement to LPs.
• Grow AUM via direct sales, referrals, and introducers.
• Maintain long-term LP relationships and post-investment support.
• Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding, reporting, and LP needs.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in investment sales, capital raising, or institutional/VIP BD.
• Existing LP network across HNWI, family offices, private banks, allocators, or crypto funds.
• Proven ability to raise capital or sell investment products with a results track record.
• Strong understanding of yield products, fixed income, funds, or structured investments.
• Highly self-motivated, independent, and performance-driven.
• Familiarity with crypto, on-chain products, or digital assets is a strong plus.
