Capital Formation BD/ RWA Product Sales

📋 Description

• Distribute on-chain vault products and tokenized RWA to HNWI and institutions.
• Originate and manage capital pipelines from introductions to allocations.
• Present vault structures, yield sources, risk profiles, liquidity terms to LPs.
• Drive AUM growth via direct sales, referrals, and introducers.
• Maintain long-term LP relationships and post-investment follow-ups.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support onboarding and LP reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in investment sales, capital raising, or institutional BD (finance/crypto).
• Existing LP network across HNWI, family offices, banks, allocators, or crypto funds.
• Proven ability to raise capital or sell investments with a results track record.
• Strong understanding of yield products, fixed income, or structured investments.
• Highly self-motivated, independent, and performance-driven.
• Familiarity with crypto, on-chain products, or digital assets is a plus.
