Capital Formation BD/ RWA Product Sales

📋 Description

• Distribute on-chain vaults and tokenized RWA to HNWI and institutions.
• Originate and manage capital pipelines from introductions to allocations.
• Present vault structures, yields, risks, liquidity terms, and settlement.
• Drive AUM growth through direct sales, referrals, or introducers.
• Maintain long-term LP relationships and post-investment follow-ups.
• Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in investment sales or capital raising (finance or crypto).
• Existing LP network across HNWI, family offices, or crypto funds.
• Proven ability to raise capital or sell investment products.
• Knowledge of yield products, fixed income, funds, or structured investments.
• Highly self-motivated, independent, and performance-driven.
• Familiarity with crypto, on-chain products or digital assets is a plus.
