Capital Formation BD/ RWA Product Sales

📋 Description

• Distribute on-chain vault products and tokenized RWA to HNWI, family offices, and institutions.
• Originate and manage capital pipelines from investor introductions to allocations and repeats.
• Present vault structures, yield sources, risk profiles, liquidity terms, and on-chain settlement to LPs.
• Drive AUM growth via direct sales, referrals, and strategic introducers.
• Maintain long-term LP relationships and post-investment follow-ups.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support onboarding, reporting, and ongoing LP needs.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in investment sales or capital raising in traditional finance or crypto.
• Existing LP networks across HNWI, family offices, private banks, allocators, or crypto funds.
• Proven ability to raise capital or sell investments with a track record.
• Strong understanding of yield products, fixed income, funds, or structured investments.
• Highly self-motivated, independent, and performance-driven.
• Familiarity with crypto, on-chain products, or digital assets is a plus.
