📋 Description

• Manage the existing set of lenders (banks, NBFCs, fintech NBFCs) aligned to CRED & prefr
• Collaborate with product, tech, legal, compliance and finance to ensure partnership structures are
• Follow scalable frameworks for lender management, compliance and policy alignment as needed.
• Ensure adequate capital supply from lenders to meet AOP; identify stress points and discuss
• Understand the customer journey; monitor data captured; negotiate requirements; monitor funnels to
• Maintain weekly/bi-monthly cadence with lending partners and engage with stakeholders across teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 1 – 2.5 years of experience in lender partnership / lender management, preferably in lending
• Strong understanding of lending models, including NBFC/bank regulations, LSP/DLA models
• Basic analytical and funnel management skills; ability to monitor metrics, diagnose issues, and
• Strong relationship management skills; ability to manage and build relationships with mid-level
• Ability to draft BRDs for change requests from lender partners; translate requirements for
• Ownership and execution focus; manage multiple partner requirements and drive initiatives.
