Capture, Senior Manager - Army and Defense Agencies

📋 Description

• Lead strategic capture activities for large-scale Army and Defense Agency opportunities
• Develop and execute capture strategies for new business and recompete opportunities above $50M
• Lead capture pursuits with structured BD processes, schedules, budgets, milestones, and reporting
• Create win strategies with customer engagement, solution development, competitive analysis, and
• Collaborate with BD, growth, delivery, and P&L teams to align opportunities with objectives
• Develop competitive pricing approaches and executable programs meeting customer needs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years leading capture activities for large DoD opportunities
• Proven success managing $50M+ competitive captures in IT, managed services, or as-a-Service
• Experience in Tier 1 federal systems integrator environments preferred
• Active Secret clearance, ability to obtain Top Secret; US citizenship
• Strong understanding of federal acquisition, market dynamics, and customer engagement
