Cardiovascular Program Specialist - Northeast (Future Opportunity)

📋 Description

• Provide expert clinical support, education, and training for DaVinci cardiac surgery, devices, and
• Partner with Cardiovascular Sales Manager to ensure safe product adoption and positive patient
• On-site case support in OR/hybrid OR for robotic cardiac procedures; troubleshoot and optimize use
• Train physicians and care teams; administer onboarding and ongoing education programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to expand use of da Vinci systems and strengthen healthcare
• Deliver tailored da Vinci pathways and after-hours/weekend support as needed by territory adoption.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required (science or business preferred); advanced clinical credentials preferred.
• 2+ years in cardiac surgery (CVOR experience); physician assistant/first assistant experience plus
• Strong understanding of cardiac anatomy, procedures, hospital policies; excellent communication and
• Ability to work in high-pressure OR/Cath lab environments; willing to travel up to 75% domestically.
