Care Coordinator

📋 Description

• Primary point of contact for families receiving ABA services
• Build relationships with parents and provide ongoing support
• Respond to parent questions, concerns, and service needs
• Help resolve scheduling, staffing, and day-to-day service issues
• Coordinate with BCBAs, therapists, and internal teams
• Follow up to ensure concerns are resolved

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent Spanish and English required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Warm, patient, and comfortable with parents
• Strong organization and follow-through
• Able to manage multiple clients and priorities
• Proactive problem-solver
