🎯 Requirements

Current MN Licensed Social Worker (LSW, LMSW, LISW, or LICSW) – new grads welcome
Or Minnesota Registered Nurse license
1+ year experience with geriatric or disabled populations in care settings preferred
Valid driver’s license
Ability to work independently; strong verbal communication
English language proficiency
