• Care Coordinators support patient care by making patients feel welcomed while controlling
• Respond to all calls and emails within 2 hours, and within 24 hours at latest.
• Guide patients through out-of-network experience and greet clinic entrants with a smile.
• Execute 5-star customer service and foster a collaborative community environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous customer service experience.
• Hospitable, welcoming, team-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and multi-tasking skills.
• Attention to detail and willingness to grow.
• BA.BS degree preferred, not required.
