Primary contact for inbound patient and caregiver calls
Route inquiries to Care Coordinators, NPs, RNs or departments
Escalate urgent/clinical concerns per protocols

🎯 Requirements

1–2 years healthcare or telephonic patient-support experience
Experience managing high-volume inbound calls
Medical terminology familiarity for inquiries
Experience with EMR/EHR systems
Proficiency with Teams and Outlook
Strong communication and patient-centered skills
