Maintains a caseload of program participants providing career technical/academic, social, and
Collaborates with all departments to meet student needs.
Assesses and evaluates students on formal and informal levels.
Aids students in continuing education or additional training.
Connects students with community services for transition from Job Corps.
Documents monthly counseling sessions for minors and adults; adjust frequency as needed.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with 15 semester hours in social services-related instruction required.
One year experience in counseling or related field.
Experience with diverse youth population.
Valid driver’s license in employing state with acceptable driving record.
