📋 Description

• Oversees and modifies Career Preparation Phase per PRH requirements
• Coordinates career prep to acclimate trainees to center life
• Analyzes counseling and prep data to improve service quality
• Monitors quality and logistics of Center's Introduction to Center Live
• Encourages trainee commitment to Personal Career Development Plan
• Oversees Center's Conflict Resolution for new trainees

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors' Degree (B.A) from a four-year college
• Experience in career guidance with youth preferred
• Ability with mathematical concepts: probability, statistics, geometry, trig
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw conclusions
• Interpret extensive technical instructions in math/diagrams
• Current state driver's license and CPR/First Aid certifications
