Assess graduates/former trainee's placement readiness, provide referrals and support per
Ensure timely placement/retention of graduates in quality jobs, military, or further education
Promote job development through direct employer/One-Stop/JTPA/State Agencies
Other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's Degree required
One year in sales, marketing or counseling related services
Four years experience with youth ages 16-24
Current valid Driver's License
