Caregiver

📋 Description

• Provide safe personal care in participants' homes per care plans
• Work with interdisciplinary team under Home Care Supervisor
• Visit 2-5 patients daily with 8-hour total shifts
• Reimbursement for travel time and mileage between participants

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current BLS/First Aid certification
• CNA or HHA certification preferred
• Bilingual preferred
• Must be registered with Home Care Registry before start
• CPR/First Aid within 180 days of hire (certification on hire preferred)
