📋 Description

• Provide hands-on personal care assistance with ADLs to WelbeHealth participants
• Assist with escorting, toileting, bathing, dressing, grooming, laundry, and lifting when
• Act as medical escort, helping participants board and exit WelbeHealth transportation
• Oversee day center floor activity to ensure participant safety
• Assist with meal service and feeding when needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to support care planning

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification of Home Health Aide (HHA) or CNA in California preferred
• Minimum of one year experience providing personal care to seniors
• Willing to drive to participant escort locations within program service area
• CA Food Handlers Certification within 30 days of hire
• CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire (preferred at hire)
