Provide hands-on personal care to WelbeHealth participants at the Fresno day center
Support with ADLs, escorting, grooming, bathing, dressing, and meals
Monitor and document vital signs as directed
Act as medical escort when needed for transport to appointments
Oversee center activities to ensure participant safety
Collaborate with IDT and other departments

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
HB/CNA in California preferred
1 year experience in personal care for seniors
Driver availability for escort locations
CA Food Handlers Certification within 30 days
CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days
